Please welcome Olivia Lucas as the U9 to U12 Team Manager.
Olivia has offered to volunteer as the contact age group Team Manager, and in doing so will take some of the workload away from Emma Lee, who has over the last year covered far more than the Safe Guarding duties, for which I thank Emma.
Olivia’s role includes:
Team Manager
1) ensure all players are registered on GMS. Aid guardians processing GMS entry.
2) ensure all players have paid annual membership. Using GMS to report and chase.
3) organise and communicate to guardians details of mini festivals
4) help support coaches by managing Spond admin for age groups.
5) training attendance register.
6) Liaison with Team Managers of other Rugby clubs to manage and coordinate joint training sessions.
7) policing of photos to be used in promoting Chineham Rugby Youth section are complaint with expressed wishes of guardians.
